i saw women who look like apples too, its about body type actually.
but usually women have their excess fat on their hips and men on their belly.

It’s our hormones and body shape to begin with. Women have bigger hips as we are created to carry children. Men do not carry as much around the hips as the stomach because their hips and backs are shaped slightly different. Men and women do not carry fat in the same places due to hormones as well.

My science teacher mentioned this once and it is all in the genetics. When excess calories are consumed they are stored as fatty tissue which is built up all around the body. Women tend to have it build up in the waist and butt while men usually build up in the butt and torso. It isnt because of muscle!

I am not overweight, bit on the thin side.
As a wrinkly , with my age bending me; and my shape, I
reckon I look more like a banana.

Have you ever seen a 6’2″ banana?

In my nutrition class we learned that women are suppose to have a pear shape. Our professor said it’s a healthy figure.
