Any for of aerobic exercise is good for your cardiovascular system (heart and circulation). So running, jogging, rollerblading, swimming…all that stuff is great for getting in shape.

Also keep in mind that your metabolism speeds up after a workout, so you actually burn more calories when you’re not working out.

doodiethief  on December 18th, 2009

Jog very slowly and you will find you can go for longer time.

marinablackeyes  on December 21st, 2009

yes, sure :)

I just want to say that is great man, I am 6ft my self and weigh 188 lbs and I walk like 7-8 miles miles aday but jog? not for me, you must be really fit, great job!

jd9selena  on December 24th, 2009

youre running 8 minute miles and youre 6 ft 240? that sounds very very doubtful

1337l34113r2  on December 27th, 2009

even though i can jog for a little, i’ll still get tired easliy and my chest start hurting from running, if i keep jogging, will i get less tired and jog/run longer?

bsm6776  on December 28th, 2009

Increase your fiber intake, no red meat, and get your carbs from whole-wheat foods.

bsm6776  on December 29th, 2009

Running is a lifestyle. You also need to eat right.

BodyPerformanceTV  on December 30th, 2009

It depends on how hard you do it. IF you do it with intensity is MIGHT burn as many calories as jogging. About 400-450 an hour. But the longer, harder and more frequently you do it the more calories you’ll burn.

arny4me  on January 2nd, 2010

is it true that rollerblading is really good for loosing calories?
cause i absolutelly love it and aparently you can loose like 550 calories per hour
is it better than walking/running
PLEASE REPLY!

BodyPerformanceTV  on January 4th, 2010

If you’re not out of breath while you’re jogging your pace is fine. Running slower might be uncomfortable for you, won’t burn more calories, and won’t maintain your conditioning.

UKbombdrop  on January 7th, 2010

Thanks for the video.

I’m a pretty big guy, 6ft tall and at around 240 lbs. I jog 3-4 times a week, usually 5 miles a session. I finish my 5 miles rather quickly, in about 40 minutes.

My question is, should I run at a slower pace to maximize my jogging time?

haszK  on January 9th, 2010

Very true!!

budmanonetwo12  on January 11th, 2010
