It depends on how over-weight or under-weight were talking…but id say over weight…nothing like obese mind you, because over weight isnt that much, people who are obese are often described as over weight though…so yeah, id say overweight because at least theyre at a smaller risk of organ failure

(and theyd last longer without food, hehe)

Well, being underweight isnt healthy because because you dont eat much and you can possibly die. Then if you are overwight you can be too big and that may also lead to death. So it’s best to be average. And then if you want to be under or over weight, the safest way is to be by just a few pounds.

i am under weight and perfectly healthy but i guess i depends on how u got that way like if you have a slow metabolism it would be heather than eat to alot. same with under if you have a fast metabolism (like me) you r more healthy than starving your self or throwing up every thing u eat.

well it depends if you mean like anorexic for underweight and obese for overweight. cuz then i would say that they’re both equally unhealthy, and both equally hard to get rid of. But if you mean just a little underweight and just a little overweight, then i would say underweight is healthier, and also easier to fix. i’m a little underweight from dance (about 10 lbs) but im still not unhealthy

Underweight is healthier. DUH! Because America has fat standards, underweight is average and average is really overweight. So overweight is obese and obese is very, very, VERY unhealthy and soooo gross!

Danielle Y- You are stupid and an idiot! Just because someone is underweight doesn’t men they don’t eat a lot! I eat 5000+ calories a day and I am underweight! (5’2″ 108 lbs)

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to and order you free trial, also you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling. Good luck!

Today, you are introduced to the other view point – how it's possible for you to shed your additional weight once and for all in a TCM. If the amassed moistness is gone, slowly all the phlegm will be secreted thru the bladder and big intestine, and you'll eventually achieve your weight management once and for all and return to the range of ordinary weight according to the BMI index.

Most frequently, weight reduction efforts turn futile as the body is stuffed with poisons that botches up the metabolic process and stop the correct assimilation of necessary nutriments from the food we eat.

Conventional Chinese medication hasn't commended unprepared food diet for weight reduction due to its yin, cool and damp nature.
