nobody else would consider me overweight, but at 130 and 5’6″, I would like to lose 10 to 13 lbs. 8 lbs most of my clothes will still fit…..13, nope…..but thats ok.

Well i weighed 280 in may im now 245 thanks to diet and exercise and would like to be 220 by september and 180 by february

I am 28lbs overweight.. I was more but in the past 7 weeks I have lost 18lbs, I have been prescribed reductil slimming pills from my doctor. They are working a real treat.
Only down side is they can raise your blood pressure. Mines is high but luckily not dangerously high.

im not ‘overweight’ in a medical aspect but i would like to lose 10-20 pounds.. but i go more based on what i look like

I don’t know how many pounds i am over weight but I was like 60 pounds overweight, i am still trying to lose 20 more pounds by the next few months. I am 5’1 135

I’m 5’5″, small-boned, presently weigh 135, and wear size 16 pants. Most of the fat is centered around the waist and tummy.
I have just lost 10 pounds over the past five months (I used to weigh 145 and wear size 18 pants).
I have lost it by doing more walking and being active. I have already been eating right.

I want to lose ten more pounds to weigh 125 to wear a size 14 again so that I can find clothes to wear. I am on my way. I’ll continue to exercise and do toning too.

Be sure to eat right and get plenty of cardio exercise (at least 30 minutes a day) and the pounds will go down.

at least 50lbs,i need help.i had just quit smoking june 29th and started walking and strength training but on july 12th i broke my foot and relapsed with the smoking.i’m so mad at myself!
i want to look better so i can get back into dating thing.

According to my BMI, I am 20 pounds overweight. But personally only feel I need to lose 10 more pounds to be at a healthy and comfortable weight! That BMI thing is stupid and expects everyone to be skinny as hell, when some people like me, can never be skinny, just thinner!
