well looks like skinny people have hard time finding the right person, also, since more people grow even more superficial and selfish everyday!! How can you have a healthy relationship with anyone like that? Hell the divorce rate is 50%!!

Also if you have a lot of weight to lose, like i did, it can take months/years so essentially what this guy is saying is not only are you going to be on your own but that you SHOULD be on your own for such a long time, until you can compensate for your shit genetics/poor diet. Take it from me, even if you lose the weight, unless you get a flat stomach, something this guy has probably always had since being a kid and takes for granted, then dont count on getting anyone, unless theyre fat too.

Yeah this is great advice….except that its bullshit. Firstly i agree with what jonathansmith says, this guy is talking out his arse. Secondly, i have lost weight (a lot of weight, over 100 pounds) and am now actually in my right bmi range…..yet i still FEEL fat and that wont ever leave me. And of course, unless youve got a completley flat stomach women will consider you overweight even if you arent medically. Its all bullshit.

I like this video, just because you feel like loosing weight ABSOLUTELY does not mean to go on a 1 meal per day, a granola night snack diet. I suggest that you go on a short diet then what you have now, as in drinking more water instead of soda and whatnot. Eh whatever lol.

i like how this guy acted like there’s no problem being short but completely turned around when it came to being overweight. how convenient that when it comes to something that can be changed it matters but when it comes to something genetic it doesn’t matter. convenient, but not reality. this guy is a professional bullshitter. and before you say it no i am not a short guy trying to use height as an excuse i am just above average, 5’11 barefoot but i don’t like patronizing bullshitters like him.

That’s a lie. I’m a little overweight, but because I want to be? I don’t think so. My problem is daily exercising. I can make up many excuses as to why I don’t do it, but I’m going to be real and say that I just can’t will myself to keep it up. I keep re-trying though. But there are PLENTY of people who are considered “skinny” that eat disgusting diets and only move if they have to.

Try reducing your portions, it really helps. Also eat 5 small meals a day (that includes snacks like fruit, nuts, ect).

Try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio every day (your heart rate should go up to 130 beats per minute). It is cardio what makes you loose fat, weights make you gain muscle. I found particularly useful one bodybuilding channel called “scooby”, following nutritional and cardio advice I lost 33 pounds in 6 months. What brings another point, DO NOT EXPECT fast results, weight loss takes time but is worthy. Write me if you have any questions.

I was exercising about 4 days a week with weights and cardio but im not seeing great results. Seeing this I think I might bump it up to either 6 or 7 days a week.

are you man or a woman? If you’re a woman i can understand what you are saying. But if you are a guy, c’mon, some, little, fat, can’t be all that bad on a woman. I know everyone has their own standards. But some little imperfections can be okay if the woman is truly a nice person to be around (funny, trustworthy smart etc)
